In his two terms as a Member of Parliament with numerous roles and responsibilities, he gleaned exceptional insight into the working of the Canadian Government, its systems, processes, agencies, and most importantly, its people and leaders.
John, founder of Weston & Associates, is widely regarded as a leader in advising on cases that involve a combination of Law, Government Relations and Indigenous Affairs, areas in which he has excelled for over 35 years. In his career, he has mastered the art of negotiating, communicating and building relationships within the context of managing and resolving complex problems. While his legal background is diversified, his passion has always been a highly honed focus on advancing issues of fairness and human rights and helping others in difficult situations.

Daniella works in health care as a nursing assistant and, prior to this, had been an event coordinator and was a sole proprietor of a sign business. She is a proud wife and mother of two young men. Elizabeth Marshall has lived in West Vancouver since 1975. Her volunteer experience includes organizing fundraising activities, etc., while her children attended local schools. She served as Vice-President of B.C. Parents for French. She carried out a leadership role at her local church for three years and has volunteered at the W.V. Seniors’ Centre. While employed with the West Vancouver Community Foundation as Executive Director she organized the annual fundraising auctions. Over the past 13 years she has volunteered for and supported the campaign of the Conservative candidate for West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast- Sea to Sky Country.
